The “friarielli” are a product of excellence, of the Neapolitan cuisine. As is known, these inflorescences of the peaks of rapa, take different names: in Naples and in Campania «friarielli», in Rome «broccoletti», in Tuscany «rapini» and in Puglia, precisely «cime di rapa».
