The Neapolitan pastry is simply delicious and here in Naples is the dessert par excellence when it comes to Easter (although we love to eat it practically all year round!).
We thought of making a savory version, maybe to open Easter lunch or to take on a trip to Pasquetta
The result was amazing: a crunchy wrap of pastry wraps and encloses a delicious filling made with sausage, friarielli, ricotta di pecora, provolone and of course wheat.
A delicious and tasty salt cake to do not only on the occasion of Easter holidays
