How to use the plate:

CALDA: By placing the plate on the gas you can cook directly dishes based on meat, fish, cheese, eggs and vegetables.

TIEPIDA: heated in the oven the plate can be used to keep the food warm or extend the cooking directly to the table.

FREDDA: If frozen, the plate can become an elegant dish for serving carpacci, sushi, fresh fruit and semifreddi.

The Rose Salt of the Himalayas is a very precious mineral extract in the unspoilt depths of a dry prehistoric sea 250 million years ago, within the Kewra Mines located in the north of Pakistan's Punjab.

Its crystals show a variety of shades that can go from white, pink, to dark red, depending on the extraction point.
