Once ready, the basil is cut and brought directly into the laboratory, where together with the other carefully selected ingredients (extra virgin olive oil, Italian pine nuts, Parmesan cheese dop, Porano dop, Roman pecorino dop, Italian garlic and sea salt) becomes the raw material for the preparation of the Pesto Genovese.
The pesto is a fresh, good and genuine product prepared by hand according to the typical recipe of the Genoese culinary tradition.
Also internationally the product was recognized by a jury of European chefs with the Superior Taste Award, being awarded with the maximum score of three stars both in 2016 and 2020 .
