It is an oil that is born in the lands of the agro of Castelvetrano, Partanna and Campobello di Mazara, where olive trees of the variety Nocellara del Belice are cultivated according to the criteria of organic agriculture.
Dedicated to Carlo Barbera, the fifth generation of the family, together with the Lorenzo line, represents the flagship of production.
It is an oil that is born in the lands of the agro of Castelvetrano, Partanna and Campobello di Mazara, where olive trees of the variety Nocellara del Belice are cultivated according to the criteria of organic agriculture.
The olives are hand harvested between the last two weeks of October and the first two of November and molite at the experimental oil mill of Premiati Oleifici Barbera, through a denocciolatura process.
From the pulp of these olives you get a Sicilian extra virgin olive oil with protected geographical indication, precious, unique and unforgettable.
